How do I pickup items I request?

You can pick up your items from any Kent State University library including those on regional campuses. During the request process, the system will prompt you to choose your pickup location. 

Please note that a photo ID (Flashcard or driver's license) is required when checking out items.

What items can I request?

You can request items in Kent State University Libraries’ regular circulating collection. This includes many books and DVDs from our Kent campus, branch, and regional campus libraries. Additionally, items from OhioLINK and SearchOhio member libraries are also available.

How long will it take to get my items?

We aim to process requests as fast as possible. Requests for items at campuses other than your own will take time to transport from location to location as will items from branch locations (Architecture, Fashion, Map, and Performing Arts libraries).
