University Libraries is still here to help you succeed!

Our librarians are online and ready to answer your questions, helping you to successfully navigate your coursework and complete the semester, while our traditional, in-person services are suspended (See our COVID-19 Information Page).

Receive live help through our convenient Ask Us chat service, which is found on most of our website’s pages. A librarian will work with you in real time to get you the answers you need.

Librarians will be available to assist you during the following hours:
Mon - Thu: 9am - 8pm
Fri - Sat: 9am - 5pm
Sun: noon - 4pm

There will be no Ask Us chat services available on Labor Day (Sept 6), Fall Break (Oct 16 and 17), Veterans Day (Nov 11), and Thanksgiving Break (Nov 25 and 26).  Chat services will only be available until 5pm on Wednesday, November 24.


Anyone needing assistance outside our Ask Us chat service hours may email us at library@kent.edu to set up a method and time for us to connect with you, when it better meets your schedule.
