If you believe that an item that is still on your library account was returned, please fill out this form. Once this form is submitted and a staff member from University Libraries will search for the material(s) within our collections, and contact other associated libraries if needed.
Charges shall be waived or adjusted in cases of library staff or KentLINK or OhioLINK system error.
Please allow 14 business days for the search to be completed. A staff member will contact you regarding the search process.
The library cannot guarantee that an item will be found, and cannot be held responsible for items returned to us via regular or inter-departmental mail systems.
