University Library Sign Posting Policies
Available sign posting locations:
- 1st floor bulletin boards
Sign posting policies:
- Remove and recycle your notices within 24 hours after the event, speech, meeting, etc.
- Include an expiration date (the date the event takes place) and source (i.e., club, organization, person) for each posted item.
- If using tape to post signs, please use masking tape rather than scotch tape.
- Posted signs should be no larger than 11x17
- Signs posted in violation of these guidelines, of other University policies or of law will be removed and recycled.
- University Libraries reserves the right to remove any advertisements that it deems inappropriate or offensive.
