Research Appointments

• The Reading Room is generally open for scheduled research appointments, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., depending on staffing availability.
• To schedule a visit, contact us at specialcollections [at] kent.edu or (330) 672-2270. Appointments must be made in advance. Please note that same-day appointment requests may not be accommodated. 
• Traveling from out of town? Please contact us before making travel arrangements to confirm availability.
• Please note that we are closed on weekends and university-observed holidays

Physical Exhibitions

• The Marovitz Gallery (University Library, First Floor, Across from Elevators) is open during University Library Building Hours.
• The Borowitz Gallery (University Library, 12th Floor) is generally accessible Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., except during university closures and university-observed holidays. Call or email us ahead to be sure.
