The Department of Political Science web page can be found here Departmental Goals The Department of Political Science offers a wide variety of programs leading to B.A., M.A., M.P.A., and Ph.D. degrees. The department grants two B.A. degrees, one in Political Science and one in Applied Conflict Management. The undergraduate program in Political Science provides students with a broad base of lower division courses and then the opportunity to specialize in either American politics, international and comparative politics, or public policy. The focus of the graduate program is in the area of public policy, with specialized sub-fields including American politics and policy, transnational/comparative politics and policy, policy analysis and administration, and justice politics and policy.
