Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the serials team in managing electronic serials and integrating resources
• Maintains productive publisher and vendor relationships with producers and providers of electronic resources in order to research availability, set up trials, resolve licensing issues, and process acquisitions for electronic products
• Implements and maintains e-resource data in an electronic resource management system (III ERM)
• Maintains license agreements and summarize license information in the library’s automation system
• Monitors subscriptions in relation to existing license expirations and renewals
• Establishs, monitors and troubleshoots access for electronic resources, including addressing authorization and authentication issues
• Downloads bibliographic records and maintains electronic journal coverage information in the local e-journal portal (Serials Solutions and EBSCO A-Z), the OpenURL link resolver (EBSCO Links) and the library automation system (Innovative Millennium)
• Establishes and supervises the workflow in gathering usage data and other statistical information for collection management and reporting purposes
