This is a grant funded position, sponsored by the National Archives' National Historical Publications and Records Commission, to digitize over 72,500 pages of materials related to the actions and reactions surrounding the Kent State shootings of May 4, 1970.
- Oversees the digitization of portions of the May 4 Collection.
- Reviews finding aids associated with selected collections for accuracy. Edits and updates finding aids as needed.
- Creates metadata records for digital objects and uploads associated files into digital archives system.
- Performs quality assurance checks on digital files and associate metadata.
