Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the unit's operations and programs relating to records, papers, and other historically significant materials related to the history of Kent State University.
- Acquires, appraises, accessions, processes, preserves, and provides effective access to historically significant materials, in all formats, created by and about Kent State University and actively seeks the records of individuals and groups that have been historically under-represented in the archival record.
- Co-administers, with University General Counsel, the records retention program of Kent State University including programs targeted on electronic records management and retention.
- Participates in instruction, public services, curation of exhibitions, digitization of materials, and development of collections that document the history of Kent State University.
