Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the operation of Interlibrary Loan
• Coordinates document delivery activities
• Undertakes appropriate assessment measures to gauge the effectiveness of services, including collection and analysis of statistics related to Interlibrary Loan and Course Reserves
• Oversees Course Reserves
