Instructions for First Use: 

  1. Launch OhioLINK app
  2. Search for Kent State University
  3. Select Kent State University then Accept the Terms of Use
  4. Enter your KSU email address
  5. Enter your KSU password
  6. Click to Allow the app to send Notifications
  7. Follow any other prompts and enjoy! 

 

 

 

FAQs: 

Do I need a Kent State University Account? 
Yes, you’ll need your Flashline username and password to use the library app and authenticate access to library resources. 

Can I customize the app? 
Yes, personalize settings by selecting the gear icon at the bottom of the screen. Rearrange tiles by selecting the three-dots at the top right corner and selecting "Arrange" on iOS or by selecting "Arrange" from the main app menu on Android. 

Can I get help?  
Tap the "Ask Us” tile in the app or “Ask Us” on the toolbar above to chat with a librarian or contact our staff. 

Can I give feedback about library mobile experience? 
Please do! Tap on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Send Feedback."
