Student Survey of Library Instruction University Libraries
This survey, the Student Evaluation of Library Instruction, seeks to gather information about student learning and the effectiveness of teaching in the Library's information literacy instruction program.
The survey is anonymous. Your responses will be combined with the responses of all other participants and you will never be individually identified on any report prepared. Completion of the survey shall be regarded as giving your consent to have your information included in any presented or published analysis of this survey.
Your participation is completely voluntary. You may withdraw from this study at any point without penalty.
If you are under the age of 18, you are not eligible to participate in this study.
