Downloading the Census Data
STEP #4: For this exercise, we went into the state level data and chose Census Tract. The selection of a geographic type will automatically add the next subheading choices (options proceed with: state, then county, and then current geography selections).
STEP #5: After the choice of Census Tract, we selected the State of Ohio, and then Portage County, and then All Census Tracts (click on the ADD arrow).
STEP #6: In the Current geography selections: box, we chose Census Tract. Once you have made all of the above choices, click on the Next button to proceed to the Table Selection options.
STEP #7: The next option will be to choose a particular Table of information, depending upon the demographic information you need.
*Note: You are not limited to any certain number of selections.
