AVS Customer Service Counter

The Audio Visual Services staff and student assistants provide support to Kent State University's faculty, staff, students and community patrons both in and out of the classroom.

The Audio Visual Services counter is located on the 3rd Floor of the Library, in room 330.  We house and maintain the library's collection of over 10,000 non-print materials which may be accessed at http://kentlink.kent.edu .). 

Our staff is available to assist patrons in their search for DVD's and videotapes and assist students with digital video camera requests and usage instructions.  We offer extended hours during the semester to meet our patron needs.  

Our staff is also available to assist faculty and students instructors with equipment requests for classroom usage.  We will deliver, set up and troubleshoot technical problems with equipment throughout campus.  Equipment requests may be made online or by calling the main office at (330) 672-3456.
