Periodicals and Interlibrary Loans - Graduate Student Positions
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters (evening and weekend hours will be required for the Periodical Information Desk position)
- Some hours during the summer sessions and intersessions will be required
Duties - Interlibrary Loan:
- Perform a variety of interlibrary loan activities
- Learn the various procedures, issues and service mandates of interlibrary loan
- Complete special projects as assigned
Duties - Periodical Information:
- Provide customer service at a busy periodicals and microforms service desk
- Learn the various procedures, issues and service mandates of direct public services
- Learn about the organization and management of a multi-format serials collection
- Complete special projects as assigned
