Interlibrary Loan Information for Other Libraries

Kent State University Libraries lends materials to other libraries all over the world.

Our fee schedule is as follows:

  • $15 per loan or copy for academic, public, research, museum, or non-profit libraries
  • $25 per loan or copy for for-profit institutions
  • $5 rush fee for loans or copies

Reciprocal agreements are considered for similar size and type libraries.

Kent State currently accepts requests through the OCLC ILL subsystem (symbol KSU), email, Ariel, fax, or ALA/IFLA forms. Our contact information is below:

Our loan period is six weeks; renewals are frequently available upon request. We loan microforms held in on-site or remote storage, and we can provide ERIC microfiche. We lend our dissertations and theses. Sorry, but we cannot lend audiovisual materials.
