Scope and Content: This collection of biographical information on students killed and injured in the Kent State shootings on May 4, 1970, has been compiled from various sources. Also includes are photographs of each student who was killed and the composite photograph prepared by the University, following the shootings.

Arrangement: The materials in this collection are organized alphabetically by the last name of the person. Items pertaining to more than one person are located at the end of the collection.

Accruals: Material will be added to the collection on a continual basis.

Related Materials: Information on the victims can also be found in numerous other parts of the collection, such as the newspaper clippings collection. A drawing created together by Jeffrey Miller and Sandra Scheuer approximately two weeks before they were killed is located in the May 4 Art collection.

    Scope and Content: Includes six letters sent to Cleary by Kent State faculty members and administrators, and from US Senator Stephen M. Young, in the immediate aftermath of the shootings.
    Acquisition Information: The letters in this file were donated by Cleary in 2019.

    Scope and Content: Envelope is addressed to John Hubbard. It is presumed that the letter was sent to Krause's friend, John Hubbard, who was also Nagy's cousin, to be passed along to Nagy for reading.
