VHS and DVD Booking Orders

Complete this form to "book" DVDs or videotapes for your future use. 

The Library is committed to providing this material for your needs and will make every effort to make sure that we fill the request for booking. However, please be aware that the Library cannot make a guarantee of availability, as items may be checked out to a local patron or through OhioLINK and not returned on time, or may come back damaged. 

An alternative option is to place a HOLD on the item ("Request" through KentLINK) closer to the time the material is needed.

If you are requesting delivery of the item to a remote location, travel time to that location must be taken into account.
