Crosstabs can be found under the Analyze -- Fit Y by X menu.

Note the grid above. JMP will guide your analysis based on the measurement level of your columns (variables). In this case, we have two nominal level variables. Therefore, JMP will run a contingency or crosstabs table. Click the column(variable) for your Y-Response and either drag it or click on Y-Response. Do the same for the X-Factor. Click OK.

JMP includes not just a contigency table, but a graphical representation (Mosaic Plot) of your cross-tabs analysis.

Non-parametric inferential statistics are also calculated.

Additional statistics and options can be found by clicking on the red arrow (hot spot) for the Contigency Table Sex by Q1.

Changes to the Contigency Table can be made by clicking on the down red arrow (hot spot) for the Contigency Table.

When you click on the Mosaic Plot, the corresponding rows of the data table are highlighted.
