JMP Help Files Screenshot Tutorial

There are a number of options under the Help Tool. Help can be accessed via Contents, Search, and Index. In addition, there is a great Tip of the Day tool, Tutorials, and Sample Data.

The Contents Help files allow you to drill down to particular topics such as "Creating New Data Tables".

The index allows you to type in a keyword to find the corresponding help files. The help files include both directions and screenshots.

In addition to accessing the Helpfiles via the Help Menu, you can click on the question mark in the tool bar. Your arrow icon will convert to a question mark icon. Click on the section of the data table for which you need Help.

The corresponding Help file will appear.

Similarly, Output tables and graphs can examined by clicking on the question mark and then clicking on the part of the table of graph for which you have a question.

The corresponding Help File will appear.
