Lease Transition Model -- Issues and Decisions
As we move forward with a transition to a lease model, a number of decisions must be made. These will be discussed in our next several meetings beginning with the October 4, 2009 meeting. Below are some of the issues with background information. Please read and consider before our next meeting.
