2009 / 2010 Goals and Timelines
Barbara, Tina, and Julie explored annual goals and timelines in the spring of 2009. Here is a link to those goals and timelines . Over the course of the summer, some of the goals and most of the timelines have been modified as new information shaped decision making.
Goal 1: Transition from Purchase Model to Borrow and Lease Models
Goal 2: Audit of statistical and qualitative software packages
- Put on hold due to logistical issues
Goal 3: Recover and/or extend seats for limited packages
Goal 4: Establish mechanics for adding JMP to licenses supported
Goal 5: Write, share with IS, and disseminate Software Piracy Guidelines and Policy
Goal 6: Move patrons to self-sufficiency in service needs
- Tina will work on this over the course of the year
Goal 7: Alcove Computers -- install software
- To be updated fall, 2009 once additional seats are available
