
Frequently Asked Questions1. What are your hours of operation? Summer Schedule - The Campus Copy Connection is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. 2. What forms of payment do you take? We accept Visa, Mastercard, FlashCard, Check, Cash, and Department Accounts. 3. What type of file do you accept and what is the best method to submit a file? We prefer to receive PDF files when possible. PDF files best capture spacing and fonts that vary from computer to computer. If not convenient, we are able to open the following file types: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Customers can bring us files in person with a memory stick, CD, DVD, or hardcopy. In addition, customers can email files or FTP files. Please contact us for FTP information. 4. Does the Campus Copy Connection design any publications for print? While we are unable to design your piece, the Design Solutions Department has the capability to create your custom project. 5. Do you deliver? Yes, we provide free delivery to the Main Campus as well as the Regional Campuses. Please inform us of your need for delivery when placing an order and we will give you an expected arrival time and date. 6. Are you able to meet a rush deadline? When placing an order, please inform our staff of your timeframe requirements. We do not charge an additional fee for "rush" orders. Once we review your project, we will give you the quickest available completion time. 7. What are your costs and can we receive a quote? Every printing request is unique, so we cannot outline all possible variables. However, please contact us with job specifics and we can provide you with estimates on cost and duration. |
