SPSS Frequencies Screenshot Tutorials

Click Analyze -- Descriptive Statistics -- Frequencies

Click on the variables you wish to analyze. To select more than one variable, hold the shift down and use the down arrow. Click the arrow button to move the variable(s) into the Variable(s) box.

Click on the Statistics button.

Choose any additional statistics desired. Click Continue.

Click chart type if you wish to include a chart in your output. Click Continue.

You can format your output. See the above options. Click Continue.
