SPSS Importing Excel Files Screenshots

Click File -- Open -- Data.

Find the File with your data. Change the "Files of type:" to Excel.

Choose the Excel file. Click Open.

If the variable names are in the first row of your Excel File, click "Read variable names...". If not, uncheck that box.

Choose the Worksheet in the Excel File.

Click OK.

Check your data in data view and update your codebook in the variable view.
