What statistical and qualitative software and support services are needed to support both research and research courses at KSU?

Costs are increasing and we are hoping to expand services. 

However, we need your input. 

University Libraries are conducting a needs assessment.  Earlier this fall we hosted a series of focus groups.  We are following up now with a survey of the statistical and qualitative software and service needs of students, faculty, and staff at Kent State University.  We need your input.
