What if I forget my ILLiad password?

If you forget your password, please contact the ILL office by email or by phone at 330-672-2670. If you cannot reach the ILL office, or if it's Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, you may create another ILLiad account This is a link to another web site. ILL staff can merge your duplicate account later.
