Token of Appreciation for Library Representatives

The Libraries are grateful for your willingness to serve as the Library Representative for your department.  We are aware that this places added demands on your time and wish to acknowledge this commitment by offering you a $100 credit that can be applied toward several types of document delivery and printing charges during the course of the fiscal year:

• Interlibrary Loan (ILL) charges
• InfoExpress photocopying from the Main Library collection at $3 per article
• Copies of dissertations (prices range from $30 - $63) 
• FLASHcard worth up to $100, designated for library photocopying and printing only

How to order documents:

1. Sign up to use InfoExpress. Be sure to indicate that you are a Library Representative under “status” on the Authorization form.
2. If you have not done so already, set up an account in ILLiad .
3. Order all items through ILLiad, completing one form for each item you order. For articles you would like us to copy from the Main Library collection, please enter $3 in the “InfoExpress” space indicated on the form.  Items not available from the KSU Libraries will be routed automatically to ILL for fulfillment. For dissertations to be purchased for you, please enter $28 in the space indicated.
4. You will not be billed for these charges, but ILL staff will alert you once your $100 credit has been spent. Unspent portions of the $100 credit do not carry over to the next fiscal year.
