1996

The Field House, the WKSU-FM Broadcasting Center, the Liquid Crystal Materials Building, and the Mathematical Sciences Building were added.

1999

The Student Recreation and Wellness Center, the Summit Road Power Plant, the University Foundation and Development office building, and the Women's Resource Center (located in the former carriage house of the President's Residence, now known as the Williamson Alumni Center) were added.

2000

The Research One Building was added.

2004

The NASA Observatory, the additon to Cunningham Hall, and the additon to Kent Hall were added to the campus map. Centennial Court was also added. It comprises Centennial Court A, Centennial Court B, Centennial Court C, Centennial Court D, Centennial Court E, and Centennial Court F.
