Policy on Library Classrooms -- Non-University Use
The following policy applies specifically to classroom use by non-Kent State University groups and KSU fee-based programs (e.g., workshops and continuing education offerings). Those persons planning high school visits should read the specific guidelines for those visits.
The needs of the LMS instructional program take precedence over all other requests when scheduling classrooms. The Reference and Instructional Services Department reserves the right to assign and/or reassign classrooms to assure the maximum and most appropriate utilization of the facilities.
Please see room descriptions for further details. Non-Kent State University groups may be assessed a rental charge for use of the classrooms.
