Audio Visual Services maintains a media collection of:

  • 16mm films titles 4,450
  • video tapes titles 7,800
  • audio tapes titles 3,180
  • CD-ROM titles 108
  • laser video disk titles 40

Media Acquisition and Management

Media acquisitions and cataloging are performed by the Collection Management unit of the Libraries. The collection is housed, scheduled, and maintained by Audio Visual Services. There is no specific budget for media acquisitions. Titles are purchased either with academic department funds or with academic department's book budget allocation.
