Slide Imaging and Scanning

Imaging

We can produce 35mm slides or overhead transparencies from your PowerPoint or other digital files.

Setting up your PowerPoint digital files for slide imaging:

1. Select the slides design template and layout to be used.

2. In the File menu, select Page Setup or Slide Setup.

3. Important! In the box marked Slides Sized For, select 35mm Slides.

4. Create the presentation. Be sure to leave a 1/2 inch margin within each slide so that the slide mount does not cut anything off.

5. Save the presentation.

6. Provide us with your digital files on disk or cd along with printed handouts of slides, file name, and number of slides per file.

Allow two weeks for slide imaging (additional fee will be charged for a rush).

Scanning

We are able to scan photo and artwork images up to 11x17 inches in size, as well as 35mm slides and 4x5" transparencies. When ordering, please provide the resolution you would like them scanned at and the file format you would like them saved as. Keep in mind that high resolution images make large files.

There is an hourly charge for multiple scans (more than two) and a nominal fee for putting them on cd.
