Borrowing Policies Regarding Equipment

AVS equipment also may be scheduled for a particular date of classroom use, with a number of options:

• AVS will set up equipment in a classroom for a particular date and time.
• AVS will deliver equipment to departmental office for what ever dates it needs to be used - this includes semester use. Semester use is at the discretion of AVS, based on type of equipment and availability.
• Students that are in need of a particular piece of equipment for use in a classroom presentation must go through their instructor. Equipment is then ordered from AVS by the co-operating instructor.
• Instructors may contact AVS on-line or at the Classroom Services counter at (330) 672-3456, please call when ordering at least 24 hours in advance to order equipment.
  

• Equipment ordered less than 24 hours before requested day and time may not be delivered due to shortage of equipment or shortage of manpower.
