Master Control is the technical hub of the television facilities at Kent State
University. It houses the edit suites used by the production staff, the faculty
edit suite, duplication of DVDs, CDs and VHS, as well as many interconnects
with OET and NETO Channels 45 & 49. Master Control also houses two
downlink satellite dishes, and fiber optic connections to send video directly to
the Kent State Student Center, as well as a moble unit that can be
used almost anywhere on campus.

Master Control also has the playback and record controls for the two fully
equipped television studios located in the Music & Speech Center.
