Course Packet Request Process

Start the Course Packet Request Process by logging in to the UL Personal Login
page and accessing "Reserves and Course Packet Request Forms." Choose the look of the course packet (bindings, covers, colors, etc.) and add documents.

Library staff identify items that require copyright clearance and request duplication permission. Faculty are notified of status of clearances. All documents must be copyright-cleared to be included in the course packet.

Adjustments based on permissions received are made to the course packet.

Course packet costs are determined by totaling duplication costs plus copyright clearance fees.

Draft copy approved by faculty.

Copying and packaging completed.

Course packets may be sold in local bookstores, faculty offices and at the AVS Classroom Services desk.
