10-Step Course Packet Process

  1. Visit Campus Copy Connection, Room 330, Main Library
  2. Complete a copyright/course packet request form
  3. Determine the final appearance of the course packet, e.g., bindings, covers, marketing
  4. CCS staff identifies items that require copyright clearance and requests duplication permission
  5. Faculty are notified of clearances received
  6. Adjustments are made to the course packet
  7. Cost estimate to the student: determined by totaling duplication cost plus copyright fees
  8. Draft copy approved by faculty
  9. Copying and packaging completed
  10. Course packets may be sold in local bookstores, faculty offices and at the AVS Classroom Services desk
