Interlibrary Loan (ILL): Frequently Asked Questions

Can journal articles be delivered electronically?

Yes. ILLiad patrons who select "electronic delivery" as a option when registering for ILLiad will receive PDF files of their articles. Articles are posted to your ILLiad account; please log in to retrieve them.

Articles are generally not emailed due to copyright restrictions and file size constraints on email accounts.
