Interlibrary Loan (ILL) - Frequently Asked Questions

Is ILL free of charge?

ILL is free of charge for almost all requests. The Libraries subsidize borrowing fees up to $25. ILL staff will notify you if your request will cost over $25 and will order it only with your permission.

Courtesy card borrowers are charged a fee of $10 for each filled request in addition to any charges assessed by the lending library. Payment is required at time of pick-up.
