Tips for finding literature (journal articles, books, etc.) on your Hospitality Management topic.

Hospitality Management is a multidisciplinary (many subjects) area of study.

Your topic may include elements of the following subjects as well. Check databases in these areas for related literature!

Advertising, Business, Food Service Industry, Human Resources, Management, Marketing

When searching the literature, choose the area of hospitality you want to explore (restaurant, resort, hotel, food service) and then the part of management on which you want to focus. You may have a topic like this: "human resources and restaurants."
