Description A group of girls and women perform a dance around the maypole on the Front Campus lawn. Lowry and Merrill Halls as well as the audience and other performers are visible behind them. The maypole dance was a Campus Day tradition. Photograph appears on page 160 of the 1916 Chestnut Burr.
