Responsibilities:

Manage the core reference service operation, including the Reference Center, phone, e-mail, and Web queries. Provide user-centered reference services. Provide basic orientation and instructional sessions. Coordinate the collection and analysis of statistics related to reference services. Manage the Reference Collection budget.
