• Select the current or future course you would like to copy items into. 
  • Under Instructor Course Tools, click Add Reserve Items, and from your course history select the source course (the course that has the readings you want).
  • At the top of the page you will see Import From and an Import To.  The system automatically checks all the readings. Uncheck those readings you do not want imported, and when finished, click on Import Items located at the bottom of the page.  
  • The items will transfer over into the current or future course, but their status will be "Awaiting Review by Staff." The readings will be available for instructor to see, but not students.
  • Once Reserve Services clears copyright and changes status to "Item Available on Electronic Reserves," then the readings will be available to students.
